Here at Jack & Poppy we try very hard to keep our delivery costs down. Unfortunately some items may be a little more expensive due to weight, being fragile or an unusual size.

Rest assured we will do our best to deliver your items as quickly as we can. We set ourselves a target to get your goods to you within seven working days (excluding Bank Holidays) and quicker where possible.

Currently we only deliver to the United Kingdom.

We offer free delivery for orders over £100*.

*Sadly the two items listed below do not qualify for free shipping on our Black Friday promotion due to their size & weight;

Jack & Poppy accept returns within 28 days of purchase. The return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.

Items will be refunded once we have received and checked returned items are in their original condition.

Faulty or damaged goods will be dealt with on an individual basis. These need to be supported with a photo of the faulty item. If you would like to return a faulty item, please first email us at enquiries@jackandpoppy.co.uk to get an authorisation code. This code is required prior to the return being sent back to us. Unfortunately we cannot accept any returns without this code.
